Nuts for Nut Butter

Recently I have discovered a love for homemade almond butter. I was never a huge fan of the peanut variety, but almond butter is the food of gods. But until today, I had never ventured out to the world of other nuts.

Yesterday's costco trip brought back an exciting new find.

I couldn't wait to try out cashew buter!!!

Definitely worthy of a thumbs up, and my dad seconded that.

Still not as good as almond butter, but still pretty good.
I can't wait to have this for breakfast tomorrow!
